We welcome speakers from aviation and flight simulation to apply for our Weekend Seminar Series at FlightSimExpo. Applications for individual speakers and panel discussions are encouraged.

Application Process

Submit your application by February 28, 2025. Following the deadline, a community survey will be opened for attendees and partners to provide feedback on proposed seminar topics. The survey will be used to inform which topics are selected for FlightSimExpo 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline may be accepted based on availability, or will be saved for future consideration.

We anticipate advising speakers of presentation selections by March 31, 2025. Unless you plan to attend FlightSimExpo regardless, please do not make non-refundable travel plans until you receive confirmation that your seminar has been selected.
