Media Partner Program
Help Spread the Word about FlightSimExpo
Our media partner program is closed for 2025. However, we still welcome media to attend and promote the event. Please register as an attendee and feel free to take photos and videos on-site to share with your audience.
Media Partners from across the simulation community help spread the word about FlightSimExpo and bring simmers from around the world to the event. In exchange for their promotion, Media Partners are eligible for several benefits, including:
- Discounted convention registration
- A complimentary FlightSimExpo T-Shirt
- Drink tickets to share with your audience on-site at the Attendee Welcome Social
- Logo placement on the FlightSimExpo website
Requirements
The Media Partner Program is available to any organization that promotes flight simulation or aviation, subject to the following requirements, where applicable:
- Minimum channel age of 6 months
- At least 3 videos/posts/streams conducted within the past 3 months
- At least 1000 followers/subscribers on your primary content platform
- Organization deemed appropriate to represent FlightSimExpo
In general, any eligible media organization is encouraged to apply. Our partners range from independent content creators to mainstream aviation news outlets.
